alhamdulillah........saya sebagai tuan punya fotopages ini ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih pada kawan kawan photographer iaitu saudara isfanizal (snapfever) n wife (saudari faezy) & saudara azam AKA pixoproject yg tak jemu jemu 'menembak' saya & isteri di majlis ringkas ini dan juga pada family...saudara mara....kawan2 ....& saudara saudari yg telah terlibat secara lansung atau tidak lansung dalam majlis pernikahan saya minggu lepas.....semoga ALLAH saja yg dapat membalas jasa baik anda semua........wasallam...

Salam/Selamat Sejahtera,

Saya ingin menjemput saudara & saudari untuk membuat simpanan dalam Unit Amanah untuk tujuan persaraan/simpanan masa depan…

Mulai 1 Februari 2008, ahli boleh membuat pengeluaran Akaun 1 KWSP untuk pelaburan sehingga maksimum 20% daripada baki simpanan asas dalam Akaun 1.
Apakah pilihan persaraan anda ? Sebelum membuat pilihan...fikirkan sejenak, kos bagi 3 hidangan sehari dengan andaian kadar inflasi serendah 4% setahun. Kos sara hidup kian meningkat & nilai matawang semakin kecil...

20 tahun lalu = RM10
Sekarang = RM25
20 tahun akan datang = RM54 atau lebih??

Pilihan 1
Dengan caruman KWSP sebanyak RM1,000 sebulan dan purata pulangan konvensional 4.5% setahun, anda akan memperolehi RM388,124 dalam jangka masa 20 tahun.

Pilihan 2
Dengan caruman KWSP sebanyak RM1,000 sebulan dan anda membuat pengeluaran RM5,000 setiap suku tahun untuk melabur di unit amanah Islamik dengan purata pulangan 8% setahun, pada penghujung tahun ke 20 anda akan mempunyai sebanyak RM1,357,000.

YA! Saya memilih pilihan ke-2 untuk memastikan wang persaraan saya mencukupi !

Dalam unit trust ini terdapat 3 cara simpanan iaitu:-

1. TUNAI -Minima RM1,000.00
2. Menggunakan EPF Akaun 1
3. Simpanan bulanan - dimulakan dengan RM1,000.00 dan simpanan bulanan serendah RM100.00

Setiap bakal pelabur mestilah mempunyai objektif masing masing....bukan sekadar menyimpan/ melabur sahaja…

Objektif memainkan peranan utama dalam memastikan targat tercapai. Contoh utama adalah untuk:-

1. Persaraan
2. Haji
3. Pendidikan anak-anak & dsb

Target untuk simpanan mestilah melebihi 3-5 tahun untuk jangka pendek dan 7 tahun ke atas untuk jangka panjang. Pengawasan/monitoring & komunikasi dari Advisor memainkan peranan yang sangat penting.

Pemilihan dana dengan sektor ekonomi yang betul amatlah penting kerana ini yang akan menentukan apakah dana itu benar-benar perform untuk memberi keuntungan yg tinggi secara konsisten.

Buatlah perbandingan & keputusan dengan bijak...sebelum melabur.
